I can tell you that the silent “T” isn’t in the following words, button, kitten, mountain, captain and a host of other words with a “T” in the middle, but I guess it’s cool to follow the other sheep and leave those “t”s out.

G'day, Max(ine?)! There are multitudes of Aussie men (blokes) who probably never use the word 'water', so how they pronounce it is moot. Mostly, they say 'beer'. 😁

i am jersey english, i will say either war-'ta or war-ah depending how quick i'm using in in conversation.

I watched a RUclipsr ask for a bottle of water in a supermarket and the assistant said we don't sell that. He then proceeded to grab a bottle of water from the fridge and said bottle of water the assistant said you didn't ask for that, that's a bottle of Whorta…? WHAT! Whorta no that's a bottle of water he said.
